The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following products:

·        Product Name: Remi™

·        Minimum Opening Order Quantity (MOQ): 6 units per product (This Opening order is part of our “Wholesale Starter Kit” and must be purchased as your first order when stocking Remi)

·        Minimum Standard Order Quantity (MOQ): 3 units per product 

Price:

The price per unit shall be as listed below. Prices exclusive of VAT.

·        Density Drop:              €31.20

·        The Magnet:                  €13.20

Price:

The price per unit shall be as listed below. All prices are VAT inclusive.

Payment:

Payment for the products shall be made in full by the Buyer upon completion of each order. The Seller will provide an invoice upon shipment.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

The minimum opening order quantity for each product is 6 units.

The minimum order quantity after your opening order for each product is 3 units.

Delivery:

The Seller agrees to deliver the products to the Buyer's specified delivery address. The Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Inspection and Acceptance:

The Buyer shall inspect the products upon receipt. Any defects or non-conformities should be reported to the Seller within 2 days of receipt.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties, or in the absence of mutual agreement, the laws of the jurisdiction where the Seller's primary place of business is located.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.
